Tooth and Mouth Problems

Does wisdom tooth removal causes any harm to eyesight? Is it be painful to remove it? Is it risky to remove wisdom teeth?

Have a swellingin gum in lower right jaw teeth. Suggest to use metronidazole ointment. Pl advise 1) how many times i should apply metronidazole ointment. 2) After applying how long to keep it. 3) when n how to clean away the ointment. 4) when n how many times should I rinse my mouth with Betadin mouthwash. 5) what r things to avoid to heal this faster.

Do we need a CBCT scan before one tooth extraction? We are planning to go for only tooth extraction. We will not go for dental implant.

I understand the hyperpigmentation but why this cut like dark marks are forming? When I lick it it feels like a cut there. The hyperpigmentation is there since a month or 2, is it clogged salivary gland? Why is it happening?
