Hello. Looking into your chief complaint, it seems that you might have a cavity in your lower right molar through which the infection and reached till the root end of the tooth. For the pain as of now you can take Dolo 650 or Zerodol P (take Zerodol P only in case you don't have any history of breathing troubles) after your meal to get relief from the pain. It will be best for you to visit your nearest dentist as early as possible to get a clinical examination done and probably an x-ray (IOPA) of that tooth. Also, rinse your mouth with lukewarm water with pinch of salt after every meal and maintain oral hygiene.
