Tooth and Mouth Problems

Covid 2 months before, home treatment only, no steroids used, 20 days before ear pain started with jaw pain, ENT suggest MRI, but it is clear, dentist suggest OPG, but it's also clear, no one is diagnosed what's the problem exactly. Now what to do?

Chewing tooth is having pain from tha laat 2 days while eating food. First tooth from the left lower.

I have a problem for buccal mucosa pigmentation since last month, so i far i have used kenacort, caziq, also shown to dentist they say its a physiological pigmentation. I have impacted wisdom tooth in right side, but one thing i wanna say is in left cheek also pigmentation coming up now.. another this is today, i noticed while palpate the area near the retromolar region(see the white circle in image) in right side i found that there a jelly like mass inside, is that anything serious and needs to be checked out by dentist or what? It doesn't hurt, just feels palpable and thats it. Is it because of the wisdom tooth? Can that be cancer? M really worried please help. In left inner cheek i will show u the picture of pigmentation..but this palpable mass not present in left side.. Please guide me m really scared. M having a lot of health issue lately :(. I have k. Pneumonia found in my sputum culture, eating medicines for that too. :(

Difficulty in producing saliva and tongue becomes white and after many problem coming bad smell coming from mouth

Do our toung have small red dots? Which is not noticable if we are not looking attentively. And which is not visible if don't look it in clear light. Very small red dots in front and middle.

I had pain in left temporomandibular joint pain causing tingling feeling In hands and legs. Had pain in April which had recovered but all of a sudden pain started again 2 weeks back.This time headache is more and pain has also increased compared to last time. Please suggest me should I consult dentist, ENT or orthopedic for further treatment.

I noticed some redness and swelling at the base of my tongue 2 weeks back. It's red and looks swollen. feels itchy and very sore. like skin bruised when I run my tongue over that area. I have used a new mouth wash recently (for 4 days before this redness appeared). That's the new thing I did.I took ibuprofen for 2 days and the redness reduced. Had the mild Swelling for a week. I have burning sensation in the tongue and throat. Don't see any visible blister on the upper side of tongue. But burn or feel very sore on top side of Tongue. Tongue underside veins looks little blue greyish. Looks darker than before. Is that normal? It took more than a week to get that swelling down.I see some very small boil like blisters under the tongue area. I see around 3 small blisters.  Sore and burning sensation on tongue upper side and tip of tongue. 3 boil like very small blisters under the tongue. will this boil go away on its own? attaching day 1 pic and today's picture. will it go away?

For the last 1 month i am suffering from recurring mouth ulcer two times.I had a injury from a toothbrush last time and their was an  ulcer on the gums. Last time i ata bikosule for 5days and the ulcer was healed then. Now for the last 3days iam suffering from this ulcer problem again and this time it is inside the lip. What should i do..please suggest me something..

I have red bump up at the end of my toung in side portion where the toung and teeth gets contacted. I am posting this again because I am writting it more clearly that it is at the side of my toung at the end portion of it. Please sir or mam guide.
