Is it worth using Oracura Dental Flossers? I have swelling gums and bad breath. Will it be worth getting rid of these problems?

Flosser can be beneficial. But  With dental flossers you need to focus on brushing technique also and try to maintaine good oral hygiene. If you are facing swelling on gums and bad breath then you need proper cleaning of tooth. Drink a lot of water. Rinse Rigorously when ever you eat something. Brush twice a day.

Floss is helpful in removing the food particles stuck in the tooth contacts (i.e. on the sides) However, if there are hard deposits on the teeth, cleaning either superficial or deep will be required. Based on your oral hygiene, cleaning can be done every 6 months or once a year
