It is an absolute requirement to get your teeth cleaned to get your gum health under check. It is not possible to clean your teeth and all nooks and corners only through brushing.
Next Steps
Infact you should get a professional cleaning done every months. It is a painfree and relatively fast procedure.
Health Tips
Do get it done from a Periodontist(gum specialist) and do get polishing done after the procedure as well
