Based on my experience in delhi hospitals. each and every doctor in govt hospitals are highly qualified and cases are properly seen at all levels. Every word written on a govt hosp paper is subect to legal evaluation if need occurs and doctors knows that.
Govt hosp in delhi have highly qualified and able to treat patients independently

Yup u will get good treatment, u should be cautious that the treating doctor should be a pg student or senior to them. They will do good work.
