Extra tooth growing in between his front teeth because of that extra tooth the other side tooth is affecting .doctor suggested us to remove the extra tooth.  and the affected tooth I want to ask do my child need extraction will it not fall itself

Extra tooth in between two front teeth is usually mesiodens, which can be confirmed after taking X-Ray of the affected site. Mesiodens are advised to get extracted. If its not mesiodens you'll have few more treatment options.
Next Steps
get an OPG or Occlusal XRay done.
