Brush your teeth thoroughly after use of mouthwash. Use mouthwash once in every 3-4 days. Maximum 2 days in a week.
Luke warm water + black salt gargle is also helpful for maintaining healthy gums.

Greetings sir,
You can use mouthwash your dentist prescribed as it is anti discoloration one. Ideally any other mouthwash should not be used continously for more then 10-15 days, i suggest you to use it alternate days. Ans once you are done with mouthwash you should switch to salt water gargle that to alternate day.
About toothpaste any fluoridated toothpaste can be used .
Hope this will help you.
Greetings,
Please follow the prescription without any worry.
Chlorhexidine based Mouthwashes only cause staining when it is used in the long run.
This is best mouthwash after scaling.
