I am 25, and recently one morning I woke up to find a part of my lower central incisor broken off in my mouth...few days later while drinking water, I found a part of my lower second molar chipped off on its own...Plz tell me why is this happening and how can you help?
(P.S. I am pretty sure I don't suffer from bruxism)
