Supplements like calcium and Vitamin D play a role in the dental health but their role is limited to the duration when the teeth are forming. After that their role is very minimal and the most important part is played by meticulous plaque removal by the patient. This role becomes even less significant when the cavities have already developed, like in your case. No supplements are going to cure that problem and you should visit your dentist as soon as possible for the treatment of the cavities which will depend upon the condition of the Cavitation in each tooth. Regards.
