My 3 yrs old daughter has tooth decay..and small lump is there on gum..she said its paining..I consult a dentist they said we have to give GA and go for RCT...we afraid of GA at this young age..and I came to know about laser decay removal treatment... Can we do laser dental treatment for 3 yrs old with or without Local anaesthesia...how much will it cost..laser dental treatment available in chennai??

There are other options available than undergoing treatment under general anaesthesia like laser dental treatment, treatment under local anaesthesia, treatment under nitrous oxide sedation which could be considered.
Check with your local pedodontist ( kid's dentist) to guide you better.
The charges would vary from dentist to dentist and what is suitable for your child.
