Chipping tooth
My teeth has been Chipping since a few days, one of my teeth started to break in pieces from the side of the gums i.e. from bottom. I don't have any pain yet. Tiny pieces started to come out which had brownish texture inside. Is it some nutrient deficiency or is it a symptom of a serious health issue?
