Hello Mam , Kid is having early childhood caries and this need a proper treatment and care so that your kid should not suffer in future. I do agree as seen in the picture that your kid do not have severe stage but it’s not initial stage as well so obviously paste is not the only solution. You need to go for further evaluation . I guess in the front teeth cleaning / excavation of decay teeth followed by fillings is must to prevent this condition from getting severe and painful for kid in further . Fluoride treatment and good counselling is required . I suggest you to visit kids specialty dentist ( Pedodontist) and not any dentist.
Next Steps
Please visit a good Pedodontist near you as soon as possible
