My teeth are yellowish or black spots as well, with some spaces of teeth eaten out as well,

For braces teeth needs to be in a sound shape however sometimes it only seems to be in such condition and in reality it's still good for braces to go.So it's better to consult an orthodontist soon and let him tell you..
