A male child, 1yr old has complain of blackish teeth
Elaborately these are to be done for -
Feeding pattern and cleaning after feed
Provisional diagnosis -
Nursing bottle disease with rampant caries?
Differential diagnosis -
History and clinical review to be done
Diagnostic tests -
Rampant caries pattern of disease
Treatment advise for -
After every feed the child is fed use a clean soft cloth or gauze cloth to dry the teeth by cleaning.
Avoid using milk bottle feeding and keeping in the mouth for long duration.
Rampant caries? need to be addressed with immediate attention by restoration as it affects teeth which are not affected
Prognosis -
good
