Hello Sometimes the stain that tooth shows are from inside and despite you using any whitening toothpaste they won't be removed . Whitening toothpaste sometimes help with stains which are taken up by the tooth on the exterior surface. For best whitening result you should consult a dentist so that they can assess better and give you appropriate treatment . Dont use remedies on your know that several times leads to wear off  your tooth structure .
