Hi. This staining happens due to color present in the food such as tea, coffee etc.
Once it develops it will not be removed by brushing.
You will need to get scaling (cleaning) done at a clinic.

Most common reason can be due to tea or coffee intake or due to cavity... It can best be told after reviewing the problem.. therefore you need to visit a dentist for that..
