Stains can be of 2types . 1. Intrinsic ( discolorations that occur on the inside layer of the tooth, affecting the dentin, which is tougher to remove ) Common causes include trauma to the tooth, genetics, high fluoride intake, diet and certain medications . Treating these stains often requires professional dental procedures . 2. Extrinsic ( discolorations on the outer surface of tooth enamel caused by pigments from food, drinks, and tobacco adhering to the tooth's surface.) caused by external factors like diet, poor oral hygiene, certain medications, and bacterial activity. Common culprits include staining foods and drinks, bacteria, and iron-rich supplements. These surface stains can be yellow, brown, green, or black, and they can be removed through regular dental cleanings and proper at-home brushing and flossing.
Next Steps
Click a clear picture for proper evaluation . Brush teeth properly. Avoid carbonated drinks and check for iron or fluoride rich water.
Health Tips
Visit a dental clinic if no difference is seen within a week or two.

That stains visible may be internal or external. If that yellow spots are external it can be cleaned easily at a dental clinic but internal stains require complicated treatment. You may consult a dentist .
