Hello, as per the details mentioned by you and the dentist you should get the grossly decayed rootstumps in the upper arch extracted. And for lower teeth caries get x-ray done based on that get them filled or root canal treated. Dont wait and get the lower teeth treated on time else they will also go for extraction.
Next Steps
Extraction of upper teeth
Xray of lower teeth
Health Tips
Visit the dentist and get the treatment started and you will be fine.

The dentist you went to have described your extent of tooth decay. You have many decayed tooth particles which need to be extracted to give you complete pain relief.
Otherwise you will have antibiotics and painkillers which will give you temporary pain relief.
Next Steps
First get the X-ray done of the concerned tooth which your dentist have marked.
Health Tips
You should give your proper medical history (diabetic, hypertensive, ashthamatic, thyroid etc) to your dentist before you go for extraction of tooth.
Root particals need to be removed.
Also lower molars are carious they can either be treated endodontically(rct) followed by capping (crown). Or extracted depending on condition of tooth seen in xray.
Next Steps
for pain take medication prescribed by the dentist
