Hi. The cost of wisdom tooth removal depends upon the position of the partially erupted tooth and it also varies from clinic to clinic. But the main concern is the occurrence of pain and fever which usually are symptoms of infection in the area of the involved tooth. It will be advisable to visit your nearest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for getting yourself clinically checked for any active infection since that can spread to nearby areas such as cheeks or towards the throat. Also, you are advised to get an OPG done to know the position of the tooth and related problems if any.

Hello. The position of the wisdom tooth is different in each individual. An OPG (Full Mouth X-Ray) is required to Determine the position and difficulty of extraction of the tooth. Usually pain and fever subside after the extraction and proper coverage of medications and antibiotics.
