Hello. There appears a cavity on your tooth. The tooth does not require extraction and can be saved by performing a Root canal treatment followed by crown placement. If you wish to undergo extraction of the tooth, you can replace it by an implant or bridge.
Next Steps
Kindly visit a dentist for definite diagnosis and treatment
Health Tips
Maintain proper oral hygiene. Brush twice daily using the correct brushing technique. Avoid self diagnosis

While the choice of treatment is always according to the patient, in my opinion this tooth can be easily saved by RCT. Since this is a first molar, it always plays a crucial role in chewing food. So even after you get it extracted you will mostly need to get a replacement of tooth done. For a single tooth replacement in the area of first molar, the most favourable choice would be na implant, which will cost you alot more that getting the RCT done. Thus you will hae to spend for both the extraction and replacing the missing tooth. Therefore it is advisable to get RCT done rather than going for extraction. ANSWERING TO YOUR QUESTION- the neighbouring tooth seems to encroach over the crown area of the offending tooth, but if the extraction is done properly, then it is highly unlikely of the neighbouring tooth getting affected by the process of extraction.

Don't go for extraction if your teeth can be saved easily. Because right now it can be less expensive treatment but later on when you want to replace it with some artificial one ( like implant or bridge) it will be more costly

Don't get a tooth extracted because you think its easier or more cost-effective. Missing teeth can cause other teeth to shift, affect your ability to properly chew and ruin your smile. Replacing an extracted tooth with an artificial one requires additional dental visits and expences too. Natural teeth are stronger, function better than artificial ones, and are easier to care for.
Next Steps
Go to nearby dentist and get  RCT done.
