Hi , I understand you , certainely there is clinical implication future forward like mesial migration of 8th tooth in the same quadrant , distal migration of 6th tooth and also supra eruption of opsing 7th tooth as the balanced occlusion is disrupted now. so , its best to get the tooth replaced .
but to guide you weather bridge or implant , i need clinical and radiographic picture as well as your habits and medical history to suggest you implant.

Your treatment plan can be better decided if there was Opg attached here. As per treatment plan followed by extraction is always replacement of that tooth as soon as possible
Itâs always better to replace the missing tooth. If you leave the space as it is ,there are chances of migration of adjacent and opposing tooth to missing space and you will loose the harmony of bite you have now.
You can go for implant or bridge (as per your oral conditions clinically)
It is advisable to go for bridge or implant whichever is suitable as the 7th teeth is responsible for chewing your food. So if you leave the site as it is it can cause negative impact on other tooth. So consult at the clinic for the same.
