Hi Pain in the teeth is due to deep cavity that reaches pulp(nerve layer).... You need to go for Root canal treatment followed by capping...Extracting the teeth is not a good idea as it is molar teeth which is useful for chewing purpose...Removing one molar teeth will reduce the chewing efficiency by 50%...Root canal treatment is the teeth saving procedure.....
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for further clinical examination and management

Molar extractions can approximately cost you from 500 to 2000 rupees depending on the condition in any normal clinic. Its always a better option to preserve the tooth if possible.

Sir You might not necessarily get the tooth extracted. It can be saved if it is structurally intact. In case it needs to be extracted the fee depends upon which molar it is and the condition of the tooth. These things can be ascertained after clinical and radiographic examination.
Next Steps
visit a dentist for examination
Health Tips
deep cavity can lead to pus formation and pain so it is better to get the tooth examined.
