Hello. As seen in the photograph, the yellow deposits are plaque and calculus. Calculus or tartar is a form of hardened dental plaque. It is formed by precipitation of minerals from saliva and gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) in plaque on the teeth. This cannot be removed by only brushing and need professional treatment. Kindly undergo scaling and polishing. Scaling is a professional treatment for teeth cleaning. Please do not delay the treatment as it will further lead to gum problems, periodontitis, bleeding gums, bad mouth odour etc.
Next Steps
Visit a periodontist for scaling and polishing
Health Tips
Maintain proper oral hygiene. Brush twice daily using the correct brushing technique. Use a dental floss.
