Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi dr I have this bump in my mouth backside I have attached photo pls check It' burns when I stick my tongue to it or eat certain foods I ate a lot of peach and chewing gum recently Is it because of that's It's pricky and feels pointy when touched by tongue Pls reply what it could be

Age 32 Wisdom tooth extracted same portion right side next to wisdom tooth RCT done and cap placeed 6 monnths ago now pain coming after tablet reducing coming back again My advice is can I remove tooth completely becoz i can't manage pain . And i don't want to implant can I continue by removing tooth of 1st molar tooth pl advice Today doctor said in depth little infection sems again removing cap and cleaning have to be do so am thinking it will take again 3- 4 sittings i don't want to waste time again . Pls advice what to do best

Hi.. My sister daughter is 3 months and 4 days old. She has been fuzzy for past a week and keep on chewing her hands a lot these days. On examining her mouth, we could see small white dot like structure om the gums.. Is this mean her first teeth is emerging? Whether it is normal for babies to develop their first teeth around 3 months itself? If so hoe many days will it take for her whole teeth to come out? Attached picture for the same

Heloo sir my mother is 62 years old. She is a diabetic person. Tested her fasting sugar yesterday which was 148. Gave her metronidazole tab 400mg and thermoseal toothpaste as advised by a dental doctor of my area. And also gave her piroxicam injection. But still her teeths pain. Please suggest me best treatment for her so that she can get rid of this problem??

Hello sir/mam Here attaching pictures of my buccal mucosa for past few days i noticed slight roughness inside my mouth on a particular spot near retromolar trigone area . I googled about it and show only one result which is cancer i am worried about it because I am a very anxious person please help.

I have done a wisdom tooth extraction 2 weeks ago. I have a mouth guard for my jaw pain issues which I use it at night.  I haven't used the night guard after the extraction.  How long should we need to wait to use the night guard? The extracted tooth is left upper wisdom tooth. --My mouth guard is for upper jaw teeth. So I am concerned if the mouth guard will irritate the extracted socket. The guard will be covering until the second molar only. It doesn't cover the extracted tooth place. When can we start wearing it back after wisdom tooth extraction? - -I have to go for deep cleaning to do it on my left side. How long after extraction can we go on deep cleaning on same side?  - -I haven't used any mouth wash after extraction. And I have very bad breath since extraction. Do we need to use any mouthwash after extraction? What mouthwash is recommended to use after extraction?
