Tooth and Mouth Problems

Can i have tmj without pain? I cant open my mouth fully jaw goes one side Hard chewing difficulty sound occur and yawn .

My father is 63 years old. There is a black soft growth inside the mouth. No pain no irritation. This is not hard. What is this?

My mother is having this single bump (as attached in the photo) on tongue for more than a month it's size decreased but it is not healing completely. While tongue cleaning it is bleeding otherwise not . It has no significant pain also she is able to eat and talk easily..no other symptoms... no history of alcohol , smoking or any tobacco consumption. Is it cancer since it is not healing from one month?

I am having a case of deep bite....In my case, extraction of premolars is necessary in braces ??? Can't it be done without extraction by using metal braces(traditional braces) or I have to use self ligating braces to go for the non extraction process???... And if I have to use self ligating braces then what will be the overall cost of self ligating braces???

The doctor told me that your case is not that complex so may be we won't need to extract premolars in your case ( in metal braces i.e. traditional one) but during the process if there will be a need then extraction of premolars will be done... Isn't there any surety about non extraction of premolars or I have to go for the self ligating braces ??? And what is the range of self ligating braces??? Please find attached opg xray also.

Underwent 2nd molar tooth extraction surgery. Surgeon couldn't pull the entire tooth root. Tooth root is remaining. Is it ok to leave it as is.. no pain..
