Tooth and Mouth Problems

After I woke up from sleep my right side cheekbone and ear pains. Last week my wisdom tooth extracted and root canal done.

I had upper wisdom tooth extraction and tongue biopsy a week ago. I still have very bad breath and tongue soreness. Should I use any anti bacterial mouthwash? How many days after the extraction should I start that? Also, how many days after the extraction, I should use the mouth guard? The mouth guard doesn't cover that wisdom socket area, but the edges of the guard night be sharp which is closer to the extracted socket. Is it ok to wear the night guard? It's been 9 days now after ext. An I still at the risk of dry socket? When can I chew on this side and can I brush the extracted site and tooth next to it? I didn't brush my second upper molar yet, which is closer to that extracted site. Can we brush that second molar tooth or avoid it?

Always had a nasal congestion, which didn't allow to sleep at nights without nasal spray. Have been using sprays for close to 15 yrs.. Now was under a situation to extract 2nd upper molar tooth.. post extraction, able to breathe freely on the extracted side of nasal and not using the spray.. is this anything to be consulted??

Wisdom tooth is coming out and causing pain in the gums and also causing headache and pain around the eyes

One of my tooth had cavity since I was 12 13 yrs old. I had root canal done but the cap came out many times and now the tooth is almost gone, there is nothing left for it. Now I am 33 yrs old, is dental implant done at this age or is it suitable only for old age person? How much is average cost for dental implant of 1 tooth in Mumbai?

Recently I was diagnosed with Gingivitis. Dentist told its start of gingivitis so do warm saline rinse,  brushing twice & gum paint , I am following it. But my gums are receding very fast gap in teeth & I am also having sensitivity & pain in molar teeth. I am pre diabetic. Pls advice for receding gums.

Hello doctor. I've tooth lower right side tooth pain from 1 week. I visited to dentist & Dr touch my painful teeth ( that time teeth was paining while touching) & gave kerotol dt & moxkind cv 625. After taking medicine for 4 days no pain or ache but today notice right side cheek swelling but no pain.

I have kind of yellow teeth and tartar build up please suggest toothpaste or any other remedies which i can apply

I have done root canal and teeth extraction can I take ketroheal dt 10 mg as pain killer replacement of ketrol dt tablet kindly advise

Can I use an antibiotic tablet Zextil 325 since I got root canal and teeth extraction is it okay to take this tablet as doctor is not reachable kindly advise urgently
