Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been having burning sensation on the Tip of the tongue. I have attached the pic of the area. Would like to know what is the reason. It's been happening from last 15 days or so. Please guide.

Hi doctor, I am facing mouth ulcers for past many years, got medication from various clinics in my locality still got no results, the medication those doctors prescribed to me cure me for once only but after some days I'll again face the same issue everytime and the previous medication also don't work again for me ever. What should I do? As well as please suggest to me which specialist is the concerned specialist an ENT doctor or a dentist or any other for mouth ulcers to diagnose properly.

I had a wisdom tooth extraction surgery so my doctor prescribed renerve tablet that's why I wanted to know what's the difference between renerve and renerve plus tablet ?

I have a painless small bump on my inner cheeks in the linning of the upper tooth a small painless bump is there in my inner cheek there is no pain associated nor any other symptoms its there from 3 4 months. Also since two days my wisdom tooth is comming out cause lump there and alot of pain

Sir/mam i am 20 years old when I got to know that brushing tight can cause gums recession 2 years ago I started brushing softly but before that I used to brush a little bit tightly but not too much so my query is would it have caused gum recession??

I got my wisdom tooth removed a week ago, yesterday I got my sutures removed but I feel sharp pain in the place where the wisdom tooth was. I'm worried that whether it's a dry socket , also can I apply warm compression ?

I had removed my upper left wisdom tooth yesterday. Along with that I had tongue biopsy for some tiny growth on my tongue. I didn't get any stitches for both and just had local anesthesia. My tongue is very painful today. It feels so bruised and sore if I drink water or talk. I am taking only liquid foods. Water, yogurt and ice cream. My surgeon didn't tell to use any mouthwash or salt water rinses. He didn't give any prescription for mouthwash. Do we really need to use salt water rinses or mouthwash? I didn't brush the extraction site yet. Just did gentle brushing today. 1.When can we start eating solid foods like idli, kichdi mashed rice, mashed potatoes etc? 2. Should I start using salt water rinses? 3. Is tongue pain normal after biopsy? Sometimes it feels numb if i eat anything cold. Sometimes it hurts sore and bruised. I didn't get any medicine to apply on tongue. Is this normal ? I am taking ibuprofen and hydrocodone prescription. How to clean the mouth or socket area?

Hello My age 32 7 months ago root canal done and cap placed wisdom tooth but now pain is coming kindly advice .. morning time pain lot feeling after wakeup . Later automatic pain reducing but frequently when bite and eating pain is feeling kindly advice tablet and further tips pls thanks

Sir /mam 2-3 years of a little bit tight brushing can cause gum recession and also used to do one time brushing in morning only.
