Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have to get deep cleaning for my left side of the mouth next week. I have done the upper left wisdom tooth extraction this week. Already done the right side of the mouth. Is it ok to do the deep cleaning after a week of extraction? Or will that make any harm to the extraction site since the deep cleaning is also on the same side. Also, I did tongue biopsy on the same day of extraction. My tongue is still painful and very sore. Very bad smell from the mouth.  Tongue gets lots of buildup and I had to clean it often. It looks so brown instead of pink. If I use tongue cleaner, it just cleans up the buildups. How many days should I leave between extraction and deep cleaning? Is it ok to do deep cleaning after biopsy? How many days should I wait to do deep cleaning? I didn't receive the biopsy results yet. They sent it to lab.  Also, how many days after extraction we can use the mouth guard?

I injured my gum around the tooth with a toothpick probably; and it is slightly bulged since 2 days, it is not paining, but bleeding sometimes. Any gel to be applied?

My teeth developed a golden colour on it and also some of my teeth have a black colour layer on front teeth

My lower teeth are feeling Sensation all the time, i don't drink too hot too cold water, No Citrix fruits, still my teeths I feel to grind them, and it has been Decaying as well. Kindly suggest.

Hello age 32 Root canal for wisdom tooth 1 tooth done with crown cap 7 months ago but pain lot started don't know why since 5 days . My friend got an ulcer on side of tongue very small it healed and return after 15 days then again healed.. same spot for an ulcer does it seem dangerous.
