Issue with my wisdom Tooth
Hi Doctor, Issue with left wisdom tooth. Had a consultation with the doctor and he suggested for removal of wisdom tooth..looking for 2nd opinion coz he told surgery is little critical due to tooth is attached with nerve. PDF report attachment

In this situation, I feel that it will be wise to get a cbct ( cone beam CT) of 38 done before surgery. CBCT will reflect the entire 3-D picture of the relation of tooth to the jaw nerve and that helps in better planning and outcomes. Also, it will be better to get it done from a specialist ( Oral & Maxillo-facial Surgeon)

your dentist is right! if your wisdom tooth is giving you recurrent or constant problem, better to have it extracted
