Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a seveir  pain in my teeth I went to a dentist near me she done xray and recommended to remove both upper and lower(right)side wisdom teeth and she said you have complcations because the teeth is near the nerveand she said  you feel numb sometimes or may be  permanently iam scared can you please help where I have to go for further treatment

My son is having toothache due to cavity. Which medicine should I administer. Gave him Ibugesic plus 4 hrs ago

Can gingivitis/periodontitis or bleeding gums cause swollen lymph nodes in neck level 5b? My Left posterior triangle lymphnode measures 10.5 mm x 4.2 mm. I have bleeding gums my gums look black and when i press my chin and jaw my gums bleed i have no pain but left side lymphnode is enlarged and pain i have started taking augmentin 625 and now i have no blood in gums and no pain in lymph node but it is still swollen a bit

Facial swelling problem in my left side of my mouth without any pain it's a 2/3 year old case pls answer me doctor why my left side face swell

Hello Doctors, I can't afford braces or aligners. Is there any other option except this to straighten teeth? Because my teeth is coming forward day by day and it looks very strange to see myself and I can't even laugh properly. Can a daily exercise of closing mouth helps in straightening teeth because I take breath through mouth while sleeping and I know it's the main reason of teeth coming forward. Please reply me Doctors I don't have any other option that's why I'm asking. 🙏

Does scaling of the teeth weakens the teeth..? I have yellow lining alongside of gums. Should i get it done regularly..?

I have developed a small lump on the floor of my mouth. It is neither red nor white in colour. What can be the reason .? Should I be worried about it. ? There is no pain or burning sensation on the lump.

While eating mango may be i injured the teeth base and gum, the gum has slightly been detached from teeth for very small space even less than 1 mm probably. It is mildly painful when tongue touches. It is on tongue facing teeth in lower jaw. Teeth 23 or 22. Please suggest.
