Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got my impacted wisdom tooth removed lower jaw 5 days back.. Left side My right ear is blocked.. Can i take nasal spray to relieve ear pain.. Or should i avoid? Kindly help. Will taking spray affect my sutures or healing of tooth???

This morning my husband experienced a chipped tooth. What is the best way to fix a chipped tooth in order to restore smile? I have attached the pics.Please kindly suggest.

My 5 yrs son who is suffering from mouth ulcer i.e.(Canker sore) problem during the last 7 days along with little pain & burning sensation when try to eat something. I had applied ORASORE ointment but there is also no good result. And it is also inform you that redness, swelling little itching is seen on his face. Please advice some medicine for speedy recovery. I have few issues with respect to dental. I have chronic lower jaw pain for 3 years now. Had MRI and CT of jaw and neck and it's normal. I was having pain in #46 for tapping and biting pressure but CBCT scans were normal, nothing found. Had RCT, didn't help. Has retreatment of RCT several times and no changes. Pulled 46 last year as they suspect that could be causing my constant jaw pain. Now I have pain in 47 gums severely& constantly. X-rays ok. OMFS said I can extract it if it's painful. Gums so throbbing and tooth hurts when he pressed with fingers. I have bad tartar buildup on 47. Dentist said SRP to be done. So I need to do SRP or ext? Will this tooth be saved with RCT? Severe throbbing pain in distal& back side gums& Swollen. I have some tiny white growth on tongue. OMFS said to do  biopsy.also wisdom tooth #28 ext on same day. Do I need to get wisdom ext and biopsy first or check this second molar (SRP or ext or RCT?) First? Can I go for SRP when I have some pain on 46?help

I am unhappy with ortho treatment. As upper teeth are moved forward in roundish structure which wasn't explained before.Front teeth 6 teeth are near around 5 mm in front than lower teeth. No changes in lower teeth done.Beginning of treatment overlap was removed then midline was matched then prior tooth extraction gap was tried to be closed with powerchain. They said they would flare my teeth later. Which I completely denied. So , 17 days ago i asked them to return them front. Before and after pics are attached. ( they also placed brackets in lower 8 teeth and in name of uptighting started shifting my left jaw for bite alightment. My left face started to sink. I was in so much pain, so i asked them to remove those too.) If i stop my treatment post 1 year what are the chances of teeth getting back to pre braces position ???? Your unbiased opinion is of utmost importance. Plz help

Hello my story is something weird i was sleeping on my bed , my wardrobe is just beside it so i was sleeping and i guess my hand just pulled the wire of my iron which was placed at wardrobe just fallen on my face specifically on my mouth so my lower lip and lower teeth got hurt and swell but it's not broken or anything can somebody help

In my central incisors i have been seeing a receeding gum line. Currently I'm using sensodyne and using very soft gentle brush from Colgate. Also, I'm facing bleeding gum issue for a quite long now. Kindly acknowledge. Thanks

Tooth second molar hurts for pressing with fingers on it. Dentist did that and said it shouldn't hurt but mine hurts.so he said to extract it. Then I saw another dentist and he probed that gum. It was so painful for probing. He said it has 4mm pocket and I can get SRP done on that tooth. But the other dentist thinks I have hidden infection underneath that tooth and that's causing my gum pain surrounding the tooth. So he told me to extract it. Is extraction a good idea? Or can I do SRP tomorrow even though there might be infection underneath? Will that be okay? As I am typing this, I have severe throbbing pain in the gums surrounding that tooth margin. It hurts so much in the gum on the right and back side of the tooth. I extracted #46 last year  for same reason. It was painful for pressure and I had RCT, retreatments etc. Cbct scans didn't show anything but 46 was infected at bottom when pulled. I still have pain in 46 region. What should be the next step with 47? Ext or SRP?pls.
