Tooth and Mouth Problems

My teeth are getting stained with dark brown spots often around the edges. I'm not taking any sort of medication that stains the teeth and I'm a pure vegetarian. I've consulted many Dentists and I couldn't get the cause for these stains, rather they just recommended to clean them periodically once in 6 months. I'm looking for the root cause of these stains so that it can be cured permanently. Please suggest!

I got this rct treated crown changed few months back! The old one was chipped and metallic, hence i use to have food lodgement there! This new crown ( less than an year) is zirconia and I don't have any problem in the tooth or while eating, however i feel irritation in the gums on the sides and cheek bite ! Can the crown be trimmed? Or do i need a new one? Pls chk picture

Which toothpaste should used to protect from cavity..if you are prone to cavities what should be done for protection

So my teeth is half broken i just want to know that there is some treatment like can I get my teeth back permanently with using medicine

My second lower molar is getting tartar buildup again and again. What could be the reason for this? I have severe pain on this gum for 2+ years. I asked for root canal but dentist denied it. What should I do to avoid this pain and tartar buildup? Severe pain in the gum of this molar and near the wisdom tooth region. Wisdom tooth was taken out ten years ago. Have head deep cleaning twice in the last 10 months. Recent SRP was last month. Picture taken before SRP. Today I saw the dentist for severe pain in 47 gum. It's painful at the buccal and distal side of the gums. He said he see some tartar buildup on the gums and scraped it out. It's only after one month after SRP, how tartar buildup form on that again so sooner? I have severe pain in that gum and lower jaw near ear area for 3 years now. I extracted 46 only because of same reason as it was painful but nothing seen on xrays and cbct scans. Now this 47 gum hurts severe and bad tartar buildup again and again. reason for this?

I extracted #46 in July 2022. I have had several RCT and retreatments on it before pulling it. It was so painful but nothing seen on the CBCT scans. I have pain in the second molar 47 now. Severe gum pain and gum looks swollen but dentist said it's ok. And denied for root canal. It's throbbing pain in 47 gums and wake me up at night. I went to dentist and got xrays. Is my x-ray shows anything wrong on 46 and 47? Is 46 x-ray looks good? I see the border of that tooth in the x-ray. Is this normal? I see other extracted tooth normal but #46 border was seen on the x-rays. Is this how the xrays will be after an year of extraction? Do I have any periapical or periodontal infection seen on the 46,47, 48? Severe pain in the buccal and distal side gum of 47. Throbbing pain. Do I need to ext it?

How to find if a tooth or gum is infected? Or the jaw bone infection? Have severe pain in one gum which looks puffy and inflamed but it's ok as per dentist.  How to know if any periapical or periodontal or any infection in there? These xrays taken a month ago. But severe pain in the gum of second molar lower right. Very severe throbbing pain in distal and cheek side of 47.

Sir Due to lactation, bone loss increases in my implanted teeth after showing doctor , doctor told me. Will it happen in future that total bone loss will occur in my implanted teeth . Just answer my query please

My 11 year old son's front teeth has started protruding and his lips don't close while sleeping. One dentist stated that correction can be done after 13 while another states it can be done now. What is the right age to do? He still has a few baby tooth yet to fall.
