Hi.. My sister daughter is 3 months and 4 days old. She has been fuzzy for past a week and keep on chewing her hands a lot these days. On examining her mouth, we could see small white dot like structure om the gums.. Is this mean her first teeth is emerging? Whether it is normal for babies to develop their first teeth around 3 months itself? If so hoe many days will it take for her whole teeth to come out? Attached picture for the same

Heloo sir my mother is 62 years old. She is a diabetic person. Tested her fasting sugar yesterday which was 148. Gave her metronidazole tab 400mg and thermoseal toothpaste as advised by a dental doctor of my area. And also gave her piroxicam injection. But still her teeths pain.
