My 5.5 years old son lost his front tooth 2 months ago and is still not grown up ..pls suggest if anything to be worried

My son is 7 months 17 days old and only one tooth in front bottom is visible. As I know it is common to get 2 teeth together in front bottom . Is it normal or a thing of concern..?

I have been using paradontax toothpaste for an year now after my dentist recommended after teeth cleaning..I use it to brush twice daily ..i notice some mild white patches on my teeth as shown in the picture..they are in front teeth and very mild.. should I switch to a better remineralising toothpaste?

Hello, After wearing braces for the past six months, some of the side brackets are now breaking down. My concern is how much more I will have to pay for per- ceramic self-lagating bracket if four to five of them break down. Can it be reusable if break down? I have severe pain in second molar lower gums. Secret throbbing pain surrounding that tooth. I went to dentist and he gave me peridex rinse. Seen Endodontist as pain didn't reduce after peridex. That took CBCT scan. Dr didn't give any reports. He reviewed it and said no infection. But inflammation is seen in the tooth region. Does cbct scan shows inflammation? Recently done deep cleaning. Gum still swollen though. Inflammation markers CRP is also high in blood. Mine is 15 whereas normal range is 0-10. Why the gum looks swollen like this? Looks different than other gums. Puffy and swollen and very throbbing pain. Wakes me up at night. If tooth has inflammation, do we need to do RCT or extraction??
