This is how my tooth is positioned. There is no pain as of now. But sometimes it gets swollen after eating.

The swelling is due to food lodgement under the gums of the wisdom tooth. That tooth will need to be extracted for permanent relief.

Ideally,it is advisable to extract the tooth as it is bucally erupted and may cause cheek bite.

Yes… it’s a bit too much towards the cheek…so ideally it needs to be removed… but if it’s not troubling you can hold on to it… till the time it gives you definite pain and no relief!!!

This is wisdom tooth with pericoronitis. Your tooth has moved out of arch towards your cheek due to insufficient space available. It’s very common. Get your offending wisdom tooth extracted Else this problem will keep recurring and with pose troubles from time to time
