It is a phase which appears during mixed dentition. You can wait for 4-5 months for the milk tooth to fall on its own. If still the milk teeth dont fall off then you may go for its extraction.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist and get a thorough examination done .

Please get the milk teeth ,whose permanent counterparts have erupted, extracted. That will help reduce crowding in the long term.

Don’t worry. This is very usual. Ask your child to apply tongue pressure over the newly erupted teeth. This will help the new ones take their position. Give your child raw fruits and vegetables to bite and eat. This will help the old teeth to become mobile and fall off. However, if these methods don’t work and of teeth remain form in place, visit a dentist for extraction.

It's not uncommon for permanent teeth to start erupting behind baby teeth before they naturally fall out. This situation is known as "shark teeth" or "lingually positioned permanent incisors." It often happens with the lower front incisors. Here's what you can consider doing: Monitor the Situation: Keep an eye on the baby teeth that are still in place. Sometimes, as the permanent teeth continue to come in, they might push the baby teeth out on their own. Consult a Dentist: If the baby teeth don't seem to be loosening or falling out as the permanent teeth come in, it's a good idea to consult a dentist. They can assess the situation and determine if any intervention is needed. Extraction: In some cases, if the baby teeth are not showing signs of becoming loose on their own, a dentist might recommend a simple extraction to make way for the permanent teeth. Regular Dental Check-ups: Regardless of the situation, it's essential for your daughter to have regular dental check-ups. A dentist can track the progress of her dental development and provide any necessary guidance. Remember, every child's dental development is unique, so it's best to seek advice from a dental professional who can assess your daughter's specific situation and provide appropriate recommendations.

Better to remove the milk tooth, as otherwise it will cause the teeth to be crooked in alignment in future.

This is an absolutely normal finding which we find during the initial mixed dentition stage. As your daughter is 6 years old as of now, it is safe to wait for another 6- 8 months before going for removal of the milk teeth. During this duration, the forces of the tongue and the forces of eruption would push the erupting permanent incisors to occupy their position in occlusion and the primary teeth would also become mobile and fall off on their own.
Next Steps
Ask your daughter to apply light pressure with a finger on the lower front primary teeth each day and try giving them a forward and backward push. If incase they fail to fall off even after 6-8 months, visit the dentist and get them extracted. Till then maintain her oral hygiene and ensure there are no deposits in the gap between her primary and permanent teeth.

Hi, I suggest you wait for 1 month and then can evaluate if necessary. With the force of the erupting permanent tooth, the milk tooth will start shaking.
