Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am aged 61 years with BP(on Telma CT-40). I underwent RCT for front tooth on 18th January, 2023. The tooth is lost/broken on 19th May while I was in Usa. On consultation in Hyderabad on July 11th, the dentist suggested for a 3 unit bridge by doing first RCT for adjacent teeth. As my jaw bone is week, he told implant cannot be done. Another dentist suggested that she initially will place Fiber post followed by crown/cap ( metal crown or zirconia one based on my budget). She also told that during Fiber post procedure, if it is not possible, the Option of bridge is to be opted as implant can be done due to much bone loss. Kindly Advise whether I can go for Fiber post or bridge or implant and also suggest which type n brand of crown I can opt. X-ray as well as photos of broken or missing front tooth attached.

Taking Betadine gargle 10/10 at night bed time Rexidine -m gel twice Algesia p pain killer when the pain is extreme

Two ulcers were developed on the inner corner of lips and on the lower lips. I'm using betadine mouth wash, dologel ct and also taking multivitamins. It's causing discomfort in terms of eating and talking. Please prescribe me any ointment to heal this faster

Is it possible to fix a tooth cavity without filling or RCT?? For 14 yrs.old boy... If RCT done,then is it mandatory to put cap over it?

I am having wisdom teeth in both side of mouth in lower side having little bit of pain and white patches due to infection i am doing Bitadine gargle 5/5 Rexidine M gel twice A Day And Algesia P pain killer when needed DOES I NEED TO DO WISDOM TEETH REMOVAL OR IS IT OKAY I HAVE ATTACHED THE PIC PLZ HELP AND GUIDE ME THANKS.

Hello doctor, I am a 24 year old boy. Whenever, i eat something spicy, i see a small transparent bump filled with fluid raised for some time on the right side inner cheek wall. But, since a few days, i have been noticing that place, there is no such tiny fluid filled bump even after eating spicy but a red bump is present there which doesn't reside. A few days back, that wasn't noticeable as such but now, i can see it present all the time. It doesn't cause any pain. But, i am worried whether it's something harmful or not. I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I have attached 2 pictures of that. please have a look into it and advise me.

I had got my Root canal treatment done about a week back with cap placement, now I am having small pain wen I bite with cap . Can I get suggestions as to why .

I have severe pain in one gum and soreness in that molar. Endodontist did cbct scan and she reviewed it. She didn't send for any reporting. She said she don't see any infection in the tooth but she can see inflammation in that tooth area. Do we need to do root canals if tooth /gum shows inflammation? Severe pain in the gum surrounding that tooth margin. Severe pain in the back side cheek side of tooth and side towards 48. I have more pain in that gum and very painful in the jaw near ear. Using peridex rinse given by dentist for last ten days. No changes in pain.  Peridex rinse didn't help. Deep cleaning done a month ago. Pic taken before SRP. What to do for inflammation seen on the scan? What is the treatment for inflammation in the tooth /gum? My GP did blood work CRP Inflammation markers. CRP came out elevated too. My CRP is 15(Normal range 0-10). GP couldn't find what's the reason for this high CRP. What to do for inflammation in the gum and in tooth? Extraction needed?gum ok?

How long can you put cotton ball on the affect teeth( Rct was performed) without any temporary filling. I am travelling to different city. Can I keep the cotton ball till 15 days?
