Tooth and Mouth Problems

While eating mango may be i injured the teeth base and gum, the gum has slightly been detached from teeth for very small space even less than 1 mm probably. It is mildly painful when tongue touches. It is on tongue facing teeth in lower jaw. Teeth 23 or 22. Please suggest.

Cumin end was stuck since 2 days and caused painful gum, it was removed yesterday night, but today morning white pus has grown; teeth number 22; on tongue side. What to do? Will it heal on it's own?

Hello Doctor, What kind of tooth brush to use - soft/ medium or hard? 2 years back I used to brush with SOFT brush. But with the suggestion of a doctor changed to MEDIUM brush  - Doctor said - "how come a soft brush can remove dirt and clean teeth, should use a medium brush which can brush off germs" like that. But previously other doctors suggested to use SOFT bristle brush to gum safety and for no harshness on gums. Please suggest. Thank you

I'm feeling bumps inside lower lips on both the sides. I only feel it when I stretch my lower lips with tongue. There is no pain, redness or burning sensation. The size is reduced considerably but sometimes I feel it and sometimes I don't. Attaching pics.

Hello Doctor, From 1 week while brushing teeth upper jaw right side teeth are feeling sensitivity. Only while brushing the teeth. Could you tell me the reason? Or should I change the tooth paste? Please suggest any solution and tooth paste to use. Thank you.

Hello Doctor, Before 3 years I had braces and after that used removable braces (please refer pics). Then stopped after some what neat alignment (& still there some gaps) as per doctor Suggestion and went for lingual braces - to stop teeth coming zigzag again. The upper lingual brace got damaged and got removed. After 2 years - in between teeth appearing gaps ( doctor created for neat teeth alignment) So my question is can I use those upper jaw removable braces again (I had them) after clean washing. How can I wash them properly? Please suggest. Thank you.

Sir/mam earlier 3-4 years ago I had a habit of brushing little bit hard but not too much hard so my query is would this have caused wearing away of gums and if yes would they have grown back...pls answer me sir/mam i will be of great thank to u🙏

I had upper wisdom tooth extraction and tongue biopsy today. I had some white spot on my tongue which was there for a long time but same size(pic attached).  Dr said I need to do biopsy. I never done biopsy before. He did an injection on the tongue which was so painful. They didn't use any numbing gel and used the injection directly on the tongue. And removed that white thing. It's been 10 hours after the removal and I got painkillers medicines. Even then, my tongue is very painful and very very sore. It hurts more than the tooth. Tongue always feels sore and bruised. I had only jello and ice cream today. Tongue hurts even to eat the ice cream. Is this normal after biopsy? How long does it take for tongue to heal from ? They didn't do any stitches since mine was small. But that spot is very very painful and hurts even after taking Nsaids and pain killers. Is this normal? Another question, I use mouth guard for my jaw pain at night. When can we start wearing night guard after ext?

In the month of april I removed my wisdom teeth then after I cant able to sleep properly at night... My right lower teeth gum pains. Especially my front tooth gum have throbbing pain. And my right side cheek bone and ear pains... I cant able to sleep peacefully for 1 hour also... What should I do...
