Teeth color black
Hi,
My child homogolbin is 9.7 . Pedestrian suggested MinMin Tonic 3ml twicw a day but after giving this medicine my child teeth is getting black and teeth is not getting white after brush as well. Is there any problem of this ?

For stains present over teeth you need to get it professionally cleaned
Rest after giving iron syrup ask your child to rinses properly with plain water

Hi,
Iron supplements have a tendency to discolor the teeth. Get a teeth cleaning procedure done regularly. Once the medication has been stopped, the discoloration will also stop.

Syrups do cause staining of teeth.
Better Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (scaling/cleaning),if required.

This discoloration on the teeth is due to iron syrup and this cannot been removed by brushing.
Next Steps
once the course of syrup/ treatment is finished you can visit dentist and get is cleaned.

rinse the mouth with water after the child drinks syrup .
