Tooth and Mouth Problems

My teeth become black and rotte. From inside...how can i remove this blackness and yellow ness what will be best medicine...i visited a dentist and say that i dont need to fill up these teeth give me a paste but its not work what should i do

I am having sharp pain near my last right molar since last week and there is swelling in the gums also and see two small white pimples/bumps on the lower gum at the end of molars. I have attached the X-ray of my mouth. Please suggest the next steps I should take.

Sir after surgery 4 months passed mouth opening 3 finger can eat swelling almost gone but on surgical site i feel blood clotting moving when cleanch my teeth means a fluid like things under skin feel by hand on mouth opening it's gone on tightly closing its come my doctor is far away i  have checked after two months now he tells me to come after 6 months i have nothing problem but bothering about that liquid like inside tissue where bone cutting for out of it

More than 15 day passed to my rct treatment but still my rct teeth pain while chewing. Doctor not responding properly who did my rct. He saying pain will be there for one month. Now im thinking to extract that teeth as im suffering pain more thank 3month. Doctor also provided mouth guard as I have teeth grinding problems ... But after wearing that my some of gum started to pain. What should I do

I woke up with a severe pain in the mouth, on the gum behind my last visible molar in the right side. There's a swelling on my right cheek as well and I'm unable to open my mouth completely as my right jaw is painful as well. I feel a pain in my right ear and my right eye is a bit red. Please help.

What is this in the image in the lower teeth? Also the inner side of my teeth when i lick it it feels rough. This has happened after I moved to uk, before that it was fine. Please help me understand what is it and what all can I do to get rid of it(at home, like any specific toothpaste and mouthwash) When I visit India I will get it cleaned properly.

I have a cap fixed . I'm drinking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with warm water for better digestion and weight loss . I'm feeling sensitive in tooth with cap . Even if I gulp water I can feel the sensation . Do I need to avoid apple cider vinegar ? Or any alternative way ?
