Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi I had undergone root canal treatment and the dentist has completed the RCT in the evening After the RCT i had sever pain in the night and morning . Took a pain killer and then it subsided. Again the pain I have Which is unbearable. The dentist says it's a post root canal pain And asked me to continue the antibiotic and painkiller for 2 days more . He says the pain is normal . But I feel the pain from the tooth . And I'm a smoker so the dentist had told me to not smoke . . But how is it connected to this pain in the tooth Is it because the dentist has done a bad Root canal treatment? Should I change the dentist.

I am at a place for 6 months and it's difficult for me to go to dentist as I have no insurance nor money to pay to dentist so my dental bridge has come off of one side and other side bridge remains intact so can I stay without bridge for 6 months and once I am back will fix it .what is the solution as I suffer from tmj issue also.i want to somehow manage for 6 months without the bridge .what precautions to be taken .

I got my stitch removed after 7 days of wisdom tooth surgical extraction. Now I see a big hole in that area. It does not pain though but I am concerned if it is really normal or not. Also if it is normal, will the hole ever get closed and what care should I take? I have attached photo of that area.

I got sudden bumps behind my front teeth followed by fever, infection and ulcers in mouth. It healed in 2 weeks but there is still slight inflammation in the gums and sometimes they bleed. I got xray also, one doctor said there is slight boneloss and other said there is no boneloss, can some please help if I should get it treated or not. I have attached the xray picture

I had lower right wisdom tooth extraction 2 years back. It was impacted with high infection such that all gum area around that tooth was bruised .I was not even able to eat anything properly because of infection taste in mouth . Mainly teeth was in very bad shape . I didn't took any antibiotics before extraction. During tooth extraction , surgeon gave local anesthesia , i felt numbed and didn't felt anything while he was cutting gums and bone but when he tried pulling tooth out , it pained extremely unbearable, he was not able to understand that why it is paining even after anaesthesia. Now left lower wisdom tooth is also impacted and i have to get it removed but i am extremely scared as my first wisdom tooth removal was not good. This time tooth is healthy but it is horizontally impacted so have to get it removed So i want to understand why my wisdom tooth removal pained the first time and what can i do now to make it painless .
