Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got  permanent crown on last Friday Front 5 crown Pain started where crown is placed from yesterday kindly advise the reason and remedies for it

I have severe pain in the gum #47. Severe pain in that gum which hurts always like throbbing around the gum margin. Dentist took x-rays and said it's ok. Is this gum looks infected? Do I need to do RCT or extraction? I posted earlier and one dentist from practo said that I have root tip on #48 region. I removed that tooth ten years ago. Don't know if anything left over there. Do you see any root tip there? And is it infected?? I have severe pain in the lower jaw near the mandible jaw line angle. Along with the pain in the molar gums. Have this pain since 2020. No relief yet. 1. Do I have any infection on #47? What to do next sure that? Had deep cleaning a month ago. Picture taken before SRP. Severe pain in that gum47  for 2 years now. 2. Do I have any root tip left under 48 region? Is it infected? Is my jaw bone infected? 3. Does root tip left over for ten years cause sudden pain now, in the jaw and adjacent gums?? Please help. Hello everyone! I have an impacted third molar/ constant chronic cheek bite/ frictional or trauma based redness, inflammation and irritation around my last molars inner cheek ! I have noticed that that my duct which is highlighted in the picture is inflamed since a v long time, which was non bothersome earlier but ever since the problems on this side started i feel like it touches my teeth and irritates! I have got it personally chkd and the doctor said its non bothersome, but wanted some inputs! Pls see pictures

I have severe pain in the lower jaw for 3 years now. Near the ear lobe where the lower mandible jaw ends. Have seen several specialists and no relief yet. Same pain for 3 years. Have had cbct and MRI of TMJ and normal. Have taken several xrays. When I went to dentist for first time for this jaw pain visit in 2020, he tapped on all tooth and 46 hurts a lot for tapping&biting. Took CBCT and normal. Did trial RCT by Endo as they suspect 46 cause for my jaw pain. Did several retreatments of RCT on 46 for 2 years and ended up pulling July'22. But no relief in jaw pain even after pulling 46. 47 gum is painful since 2021. I went to periodontist 2 years ago and no issues in gums. But it's so throbbing till now. Surrounding margin gum is so painful and throbbing underneath. I had 2 times SRP on that tooth as it keeps getting very bad tartar buildup. I had one SRP 3 weeks ago. Picture taken before SRP. have severe pain in the gum even after doing SRP. Severe pain in the gum. infection?

Severe pain in the second molar and the gums. Gums always swollen and hurts if I press with fingers. Tooth hurts if I press with little pressure. gums hurts for brushing, flossing and touching. Brushing on the distal side of second molar hurts so much. It could be bone infection? I have had similar situation with tooth first molar. It was so painful for touching tapping etc. But x-rays were fine but that tooth was painful for 2+ years. I have several cbct scans and RCTs on it. But nothing helped and scans normal. I gave up and decided to pull the first molar last year and surgeon said he saw that tooth infected at the bottom and the jaw bone when he took it out. So he said it's infected at the bottom and not seen in any of my 5 CBCT scans taken before. Severe gum pain in second molar now. This tooth always get bad tartar buildup and I get deep cleaning done. Severe burning pain in the lower jaw near the ear lobe and tooth 47 gums.Gum is so throbbing burning and painful. Need ext?

I have extracted my lower first right side molar in July last year. I was having pain in that molar for more than 2.5 years better extracting. But no issues was seen on that x-ray. I had scans cone beam on that tooth and that's not shown any issues. I had root canal to see as a trial of it will help with my pain. No changes. Had retreatment of RCT&no changes. went back to surgeon, ext it last July.I also have severe jaw pain under the ear and jaw pain started first all of a sudden. But dentist spotted this tooth issue which was hurting for tapping and biting pressure and they said this tooth 46 reason for my jaw pain. But jaw pain remains the same even after extraction. Tooth 46 gums also hurts till now.Went back to surgeon several times and they said it's ok but I see a white tiny sharp bone fragments on  gum.It's sore and hurts if I press on it.I have pain in 47 gums which I posted in another query. Do I need to remove that very tiny bone fragment?can I replace gap after 2 years?

What will be cost of Ceramic Braces and how much time will it take to straighten the teeth, as I have only one teeth which is crooked backward. Just Need an overview of this.

I had lower right wisdom tooth removal one week ago . After 3-4 days of removal i started feeling pain on upper right molar tooth . Why is it so ? Can lower tooth removal affect upper tooth also ? Please suggest the reason .

As per the attached pictures, do you think I have gum recession? Also, my gums are swollen and feel delicate. (I had a dental cleaning five days ago. My teeth still feel loose, and the backside of my lower incisors seems to now have no enamel and my teeth feel moving, can't see them move, but sure can feel the movement.)

Hello , I have found this on my lips 10 days ago or earlier (May be i haven't observed).. what is this..is it any dangerous.
