If you have pain and discomfort then go for extraction. If things are tolerable then wait till all your other illnesses subsides.

Hi, it is better if you get treated for the mentioned infections first rather than going for wisdom tooth extraction. If you take medicines for other infections, wisdom tooth pain gets reduced for the time being. Once other infections get under control then you can go for wisdom tooth removal.
Next Steps
Visit the dentist, Dr will check the tooth condition and also inform the medicines you are using for utri.
Health Tips
Try to maintain oral hygiene and warm salt water gargle helps till you get it removed.

If you have very severe pain involving your wisdom tooth, you need to get it extracted immediately. Incase the pain is not there, you can wait till after your condition improves and then undergo the procedure.
