Tooth and Mouth Problems

My friend has lost 18 teeth in a row dashing in a cot and fell down in the road also what is the solution for this

Severe jaw pain in lower jaw near my ear for more than 3 years now.Have seen lots of dentists&specialists.no relief yet.Have had MRI,CT of jaw&neck too.I went to dentist for jaw pain in 2020,he spotted tooth#46 which hurts for tapping,biting pressure.Cbct clear.But Endo did trial RCT to see if helps,as they suspect tooth could be reason for my jaw pain.Didn't help&severe pain.Severe pain started on that tooth46&gum of 47 started only after RCT.Before that no pain in tooth or gums.Severe pain in gum 47&tooth 46.Had several retreatments RCT on 46 for 2 years.No relief.Ended up pulling July'22. No relief.Same jaw pain persist&gum pain 47 got severe.socket of 46 also hurts still.Went to OMFS many times &he said x-ray ok.Severe pain in jaw &gum of 46,47 now.Saw new dentist&took x-ray.He said my x-ray looks weird on 46. He said It shows white lining on 46 where tooth was.he said it should be blank gap whereas mine shows border.he said it's cavitation&need surgery.is it true?what to do next.

Ho doctor, I used to have black spot on back of teeth but now i am seeing it increase... Attaching picture What is this?? Anything seriouw??? No smoke, no chewing any tabcoo...no drink history Brush max 1 2 min in mornings... What should i do I tried to get best picture...please adviae

Sir i had a bad habit of biting my inner skin of lips and i have been doing this since 2 years . Let's suppose today I have bite my lips then after 2-3 days of gap i would do it again. Right now I have no infection looking on inner part of my lips when I had this habit sometimes my lips due to biting bleeds a little. Few days ago I got aware about my this bad habit then I stopped doing this with determination of not doing this again. So sir/mam i want to know whether this would have caused any serious thing right now there is no infection on inner part of lips . I will be very thankful to u if u can answer my query🙏??

Its going to happen more than 15 days my rct treatment but still my under that tooth got swell and paining... More tham 15k spend on that teeth now I decided to extract that tooth finally is it good decision

My son is 11yr old left side second last Molar is paining it's paining.is it permanent tooth or milk tooth.can we go for extraction or go for rct.attaching xray.kindly suggest line of treatment after xray.

Is all on 4 implant good considering full mouth implement? And what are treatment options if having many loose tooth and great mis alignments of comple teeth?

I have severe lower jaw pain near the ear and gum pain on 47 since 2020. I also had pain in Tooth 46 which was painful for tapping, biting etc.  Cbct scans were normal and xrays too.  Had root canal as endo suspect that tooth 46 could be reason for jaw pain. Had RCT in 2020. No relief. Had retreatRCT 3 times after that. No changes in pain and pulled that tooth in 2022 July.  But no changes in jaw pain and gum pain even after pulling 46. Gums of 47 is more painful and just throbbing in the area surrounding that tooth. The gum margin on distal and back side of tooth  is so painful and puffy. Did deep cleaning recently on this 47 as this always get tartar buildup very very often. I have severe pain in the gum and lower jaw. Gum pain in distal and back side of 47. Went to new Endo today. Did CBCT, xrays.She said cbct doesn't show infection.Suggested RCT to see if helps. She did cold test, was normal. Tapping and biting caused medium pressure pain on 47. do I need RCT ? Will it help?

Does anyone read CBCT scans here? I have severe pain in one gum and got cbct scan today.  have another opinion. I have this gum pain for more than 2 years now. need help to review and report the scan. please give contact if you read and report cbct scans. Thanks a lot.
