Tooth and Mouth Problems

Good evening doctor There are 3 mains issue I would want to highlight and would need a opinion on. Would be obliged if you take out the time and answer them (1) My front teeth perfectly meet but the back teeth due not meet properly. The dentist mentioned some open bite thing which would cause me difficulty in chewing. She said she would put aligners for amount a year and I would achieve the perfect bite. (2) My 2 milk teeth and not fallen but the permanent teeth have developed in the bone. As per her either we put braces for 1.5-2 years to pull the these 2 teeth. Or get them extracted right now or about after 1 year when I finish my aligners and put artificial tooth there. (3) One of my permanent tooth has developed in a slanted way inside the bone and she thinks in the future it would spoil other teeth and hence should be removed and a FALSE tooth must be put there. Please advise on ALL ISSUES

3 issues would require recommendations (1) My front teeth close perfectly whereas the back do not close properly. There is gap between the top and bottom teeth. Would aligners work? Also is Invaslign the most recommended for this job? The approximate time period for treatment (2) My 2 milk teeth have not fallen but my permanent teeth have developed below it in the bone. As the dentist, I would be required to wear braces for 1.5-2 years to pull the teeth down or get the tooth removed right or after aligner treatment. Approximate time for braces treatment? (3) Permenant tooth has erupted in a slanting way in the bone. She suggests it would disturb other teeth and should be replaced with artificial tooth Please provide suggestions and inputs for male 23 years. Also the steps to correct and time would be helpful.

I have some White patches with red area from my wishdom teeth area. There was a small White spot right up the wishdom teeth spot. No irritation , no pain. Spot of that wishdom teeth and surrounding feel slightly irritated when apply very hot or very spicy food. It's there for more than 1 month . I have taken antibiotics and that red area is reduce. Also taking vitamin B12 . I have attach picture with this. Please tell me what is it?
