Tooth and Mouth Problems

Can anyone please help me!! I have intense pain in the left side upper teeth however the my dentist is not able to locate the problem. He said it could be because of my impacted wisdom tooth. So I got the opg done and he extracted that tooth (he left the portion in, which was on the nerve) but the problem still exists. Could anyone please tell me what the problem is! Hi i had braces for a year and retainers for a year its been a month i stopped using retainer now again i could see a small gap in my front teeth wanted to know it is because of gum or i got gap again pls check

My tooth is broken and it's paining sometimes ear is paining . I can visit dentist on Tuesday only ( on a trip ) . Please prescribe some tablets for temporary pain relief .thankss as in advance

I suddenly faced gum bleeding while i was brushing as well while i was eating something like mango slice wherein i was trying to eat the slice and suddenly little to some thin gum bleeding happened. Next day, i immediately changed the toothpaste to Vantej and also added a himalaya Hiora Mouthwash. I am using Vantej with sensodyne as Vantej doesnt have much lather so now soft brushing with little bit of sensodyne with vantej and after that using Himalaya Hiora. Is it fine to use these ? Vantej + Himalaya Hiora Mouthwash Gums bleeding was less but still i feel some kind of dull  like gum recession sensitiveness even when i am eating nothing is it normal?

I am having blisters in my entire lining of the wall. It really hurts when I eat anything at this point. I have to get a wisdom tooth extraction and root canal that I need to get done. Would the delay be causing this problem? My tongue has also become extremely sensitive and feels scaly when it touches the wall. I thought it was ulcers but it also seems to be there at the entrance of my throat

After how many days/weeks/months of wisdom tooth extraction can I go for scaling/root planning? I have a loose wisdom tooth. Dentist asked to remove it first. But I am concerned if it will be safe to clean so soon after removal? Can scaling be done before extraction?
