Better to visit a local pedodontist for physical evaluation and treatment. Permanent front teeth come at the age of around 6-7 years.

Hi, If you remove the milk tooth, the permanent tooth will erupt by the age of 6 to 7 years. There could be a possibility of delayed eruption. Try to save the tooth if possible. Meet a Pedodontist and get a consultation done.
