If the tooth is not shaking then removal is not required
x ray is required for the evaluation of permanent tooth bud and surrounding bone.
Is it symptomatic??
Hi,
If you remove the milk tooth, the permanent tooth will erupt by the age of 6 to 7 years. There could be a possibility of delayed eruption.
Try to save the tooth if possible. Meet a Pedodontist and get a consultation done.
