Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am having pain in tmj sometime left side. Clicking sound while opening mouth. Is anything serious is surgery require. Plz help me i will be very thankfull 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I swallowed the Colgate pain out and got 2-3 drops after applying to my pain area the gland is there any side effects kindly advise urgently

This is how my tooth is positioned. There is no pain as of now. But sometimes it gets swollen after eating.

My one right upper wisdom tooth extracted ( without surgery) and one right lower (with surgery- which was fully bony horizontal ) although swelling is getting down but i still feel pain and odd taste from upper wisdom tooth. Although pain subsides after i take zerodol . But pain is sharp and it radiates to my ear as well . Is it dry socket or just part of healing process . I drank mango shake with little small chunks which I swallowed without doing any bite action and suddenly my upper wisdom tooth extraction started paining with pain going to my ear. Is it dry socket?

I got sudden inflammation in gums right behind my central and lateral incisors along with lower teeth a month ago followed by fever and mouth ulcers, most of it is resolved but I still have slight inflammation behind central incisors. I have slight pain also in gums. I have consulted multiple doctors, some have suggested lanap and some have suggested deep cleaning. I got tooth xray also recently. Is there a bone loss, should I get lanap now? I have attached the xray
