Impacted Wisdom tooth
I am having pain in right lower jaw due to horizontal wisdom tooth.. I have uploaded the xray.. Please suggest.. Thank you in advance.

Hi, Yes this would go for extraction but before that we need an OPG xray to figure out nerve proximity.

Hi.. your tooth is horizontally impacted and as you are having pain its better you get it removed. You can also prevent damage to the front tooth by getting it removed otherwise there will get stuck in that region unknowingly because of the impacted wisdom tooth and the front tooth might get damaged.
Next Steps
After removal you may have difficulty in mouth opening for 1 week don't worry after 1 week you will be normal. Just follow the instructions given by the doctor.
Health Tips
If you are not planning for removal now then I will advise warm salt water rinses 3 times a day and carefully remove any food in that region immediately after eating.

Better to get it removed/extracted. Do visit a local dentist/Oral and maxillofacial surgeon for physical evaluation and treatment (as required ).
