Yes u can use pediflor or kidodent toothpaste but in a very small amount like the size of a dal.
Aviod bottle feeding mostly and rinse his mouth after every intake of milk r just wipeoff the teeth with clean cloth.
kids used to keep the food r milk bottle in the mouth for a longtime.This leads to decay.

For child less than 3 years any kids toothpaste containing fluoride can be used make sure to keep the tooth paste in minimum quantity size of rice grain
