No it’s not normal. If gums are black then it can be a cyst or if tooth is black then it can be due to breast feeding or bottle feeding. Don’t ignore it . Plz visit dentist or this can spread to other tooth also

Mostly tooth started to come in mouth around 6 months of age for infants, but they are in milky white to creamy white. If it is in brown or black colour means it may be developmental defect or nursing bottle caries .which is caused by long term keeping the feeding bottle in baby’s mouth, please consult your nearest dentist once.
Next Steps
Please consult dentist and take clinical opinion
Health Tips
If baby is using feeding bottle to consume milk, Avoid bottle keeping in mouth for long time
